Rental Process

SUBMIT YOUR RENTAL APPLICATION

  • Complete a separate application for each person 18 and older that will be occupying the apartment

  • Pay application fee online ($30 per applicant)

  • Allow 1-3 Days from the time all documents and fee are submitted.

*Up to 2 times the monthly rent amount may be required as a deposit if it is determined that an applicant is high risk due to overall unsatisfactory accounts and collections, lack of rental history etc.)*

ONCE APPROVED

  • When your application is approved, you will be sent a prelease to sign that outlines what you need to do to hold the apartment and what you need to do to move in.  If you fail to sign the prelease and pay the deposit to hold (security deposit), the home will be rented to the next approved applicant. 

  • The deposit to hold is non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event you do not move in.

  • Prorated rent is applied to second month of lease.

SCHEDULE YOUR MOVE IN APPOINTMENT

  • Proof of renter's insurance paid in full for lease term with $300,000 personal liability (~$130) and electric scheduled to be turned on is required before move in appointment will be scheduled.

  • At your appointment, you will bring your first month's rent, any pet fees and pet rent, sign your lease if not done beforehand, your photo ID will be verified, a move in inspection checklist will be completed with our maintenance man and you will receive your keys.
